Shipping Policy

At KoffeeCat Designs, we're dedicated to ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines important details regarding the shipment of your orders.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure affordable shipping options for our customers.  The following shipping methods will be used for orders:

No Tracking (USPS First Class): Delivered within 3-6 business days after processing.

USPS Ground Advantage (with tracking): Delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.

Stickers and art prints are eligible for low-cost "No Tracking" shipping, however, customers may choose to upgrade shipping with USPS Ground Advantage to include tracking. All other products will be shipped with USPS Ground Advantage.

Please note, orders going to certain places (including Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore destinations) may receive slower delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Made to order items may require additional processing time to prepare the item. Should there be any delays in processing your order, we will provide customers an update.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total order value and the selected shipping method. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that shipping costs for your orders are subject to change without notice based on the rates established by USPS.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for orders above $35.00 before tax and shipping. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using USPS Ground Advantage and will include tracking. Check our website or promotional materials for current offers and eligibility.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can use this information to track the status and delivery of your package.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or lost due to incorrect addresses. Customers may update the shipping address if orders have not been shipped.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, there may be instances when external factors (e.g., weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues) cause shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such occurrences.
